Toxic, Apathetic, Complacent Culture Rules at Nextiva

hybrid work schedule and cheap buffet

Cons

- toxic nepotism is at play, two-faced phony middle/senior managers who know nothing about their remit, how to motivate and obtain discretionary effort, everything rolls down hill - 0 growth opportunities, but they're building out teams outside of the US because they don't want to pay US workers fair wages - culture is an absolute dumpster fire and the sycophants are afraid of constructive criticism - CEO hides in his Ivory tower, never interacts with front line contributors - the compensation is well below market rates, unless you're in sales which has been a revolving door of incompetence for years and whom are never held accountable - they have essentially handed over the wheels of their business to their partners and let them dictate how they should run their operations - if they had a RTO mandate, 50% of their workforce would resign
