No micromanaging, Friendly work environment. Great people to work with.

Cons

Constantly changing directions, without formal training for new products/directions. You learn by osmosis. Lack of direction for every new product/change every year results in layoffs a few months later. Newer people kept but those with more time passed over for those on newer wages, it seems. Very little review/feedback from leads and it's always positive so you never know where to improve or when you'll get cut. "Compassion" is their primary value, they say, but they "clean house" every one or two years like clockwork after their "new direction" every year. 2 years ago layoffs were all about the "job removal" not the person supposedly. All re-hirable supposedly, but I haven't seen anyone come back yet.

Management Pay Culture Downward discipline Blind updates managers don’t even know. Management get fired a lot No work life balance Favoritism Do not go through boot camp like this and treated like crap unless it’s your option for your first AE role. You won’t be there long regardless. You would have be ok with the worst of the worst here. System is bad they don’t even use their own platform for work. If you look at the “quota achievers” post on linked it it’s usually 4-8 people who are featured because the quotas are insane. Over 20 reps have quit or been fired depending on who you ask in the last 3 months. Avoid at all costs

Workplace is great and life balance is also good.

Cons

The product had a lot of issues and there was some management issues that led to a product that barely worked. I was laid off 6 months after joining which is a huge waste of time.
