      sinking ship

      very low barrier to entry. theyll hire anyone with a pulse

      Cons

      the current leadership of the technology org has no clue how to build quality software that is easy to iterate on. Morale is at an all time low and has no sign of improving. Realistically, the company's next product is dead on arrival and everyone internally already knows it. Leadership refuses to listen to feedback that would improve the situation, which means more future layoffs.

      Pros

      As a junior software engineer at Nextiva, I’ve had an incredible journey so far. The team is welcoming and collaborative, and seniors are approachable to help. The HR team deserves a special mention—they’re proactive, approachable, and always ensure employees feel supported. Whether it’s onboarding or resolving queries, they’re always on top of things. While the environment is fast-paced, it has pushed me to improve my skills and perform better. Highly recommend Nextiva for those looking to build their careers in tech!

      Exciting Vision

      Pros

      The vision and product roadmap is very exciting. All hands on deck to deliver an amazing experience to customers. Leadership has done a great job making sure folks delivering on the experience are bought in and excited about the journey.

      Cons

      Nextiva is traditionally a sales led organization (which is good) but it leads to more context switching than you would expect in a traditional product led organization
