Pros

You have of growth opportunities at Nextiva. It’s all about taking advantage, throwing yourself into the work, and making the most of your team. They do their best to grow individuals and you can really get a lot out of the work experience their. I know a few people who have left and since gone on to some amazing positions at the likes of Google and Facebook as they just were set up with their Nextiva experience.

Cons

It’s not easy. You do need to be tough, smart and work really hard. But it is worth it in my opinion. I guess I think it’s not for everyone.

Pros

Nextiva has crafted a really amazing team vibe, super supportive and collaborative. The work is challenging so it’s good that there are always people around to ask advice and brainstorm ideas. It also makes work more enjoyable.

Cons

The office is an open plan which can be distracting at times. I usually just put my headphones in and keep my head down but it can make focused work more challenging at times.

Pros

I learnt so much in my time at Nextiva, and I felt like they were really good at recognizing effort and results. I was in the sales team, it was my first role in sales, and I found the training and support good. If I asked my manager for advice, I found them very forthcoming. I worked hard, and did well, and I liked that I was rewarded for this and recognized. Sales requires a lot of effort and chasing, and it's nice when it gets recognized. I also thought they were good at trying to keep morale high, you can always find free food, and they were good at approving leave if you had it available

Cons

When I started, there were a lot of new recruits, and some weren't up to speed and didn't last very long. It would have been good if the company weeded out under performers in the interview stages, as it doesn't help morale working with someone that's not putting in the effort.
