      It's a fantastic place to work. Team members across all departments are consistently helpful and supportive. The HR team is highly responsive, always available to address any questions or concerns with effective solutions. The work-life balance is excellent, and management is thoughtful, focusing on the quality of work rather than the time spent in the office.

      Pros

      When I started, they were catering lunches, giving us half days the day before or after a holiday, there was an environment of caring and camaraderie

      Cons

      Ever since they made major changes 2 years ago the company has been knee-jerk reacting to the Fallout rather than having a plan. They have failed in every way to convince me the current management is not willfully ignorant or incompetent if not both. Do not apply unless you have no other choices

      Liked almost everybody that I worked with. Felt like it was a good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Some management just couldn't see the forest for the trees when it came to projects.
