Free lunch Fridays, stocked kitchen, 1 wfh day per week. Mid level management +.

Cons

It’s high pressure, and deadlines that aren’t realistic. Lots of new C levels, VPs, Directors...none of them good. Devs are leaving left and right. Why work your butt off for leadership that doesn’t care? Also, the product team is pretty garbage.

Pros

Never stressful and always a pleasure to go to work. The management is always helpful and willing to assist if needed. The company gives the employee a good chance to grow in different areas thats qualified.

Cons

Everyone is treated fairly there with the level of respect, trust and independent.

Pros

Great company to work for. There is excellent communication from the top down. They offer an excellent training budget for continued success for their employees.

Cons

Their employee benefits are excellent and lots of room to advance and take on more responsibility. Very busy atmosphere learned a lot management was fair. No hard part of the job just busy. But I adapted quickly.
