The onboarding process was really straightforward, well planned and easy. I work as a software developer at Nextiva, and felt like I was ramped up and able to add value very quickly. I was surprised at how quickly I was being utilized to actually work, not just learn the ropes. Compared to other companies I have worked at; this was very impressive. I have found that the team works well together, there are no bad attitudes or big heads, and everyone just pulls together to get the work done.

Cons

As yet, haven't seen any. It's a pretty frantic pace which may not be for everyone, but as long you are good at balancing priorities you won't have any problems.

Pros

When I worked at Nextiva they were really focused on making sure the customers had a great experience. Everything was service driven, and it felt like everyone in the company was focused on the same thing; making sure we had great customer service. This was iterated from our support team, through to the development team - everything was about the customer.

Cons

The technology and processes were far more advanced than my old job, so it was a bit of a learning curve when I first got there.

Pros

Our office is in a good location and the building is the best in Kiev. The area is nice and the building has a good gym. I like the product and the people in the office. It’s a good company. Also, the coffee in the office is good.

Cons

I don’t have a reason that would make me leave. Compensation and the company makes me happy.
