      Pros

      Open cubes, free snacks, cool executive staffs, dogs welcomed, some departments are excellent

      Cons

      Company outlook is not that great, HR department lacking/not helpful, benefits not so great, flex is powerful hold on company.

      Good people, difficult conditions

      Pros

      Making products that help the eco-crises. Contributing to the creation of massive solar installations and lots of insight into the solar industry.

      Cons

      Difficult work environment. Lots of changing plans. Long term support and planning are unsustainable. Break things and fix them later doesn't work well with such a large customer base. Basically operated like a startup when it's a $500M business.
