Decisions are made effectively and efficiently, and bureaucracy is held to a minimum because people trust each other. All are treated with respect, dignity, and equality, whether it's the CEO, the HR analyst, or the janitor. The customer is held in the highest regard and the company aims to impress them with thoughtful, feedback-driven design, which constantly seeks to remove unnecessary costs and pass them onto the customer. This is what makes customers loyal to the company, and a comfortable business model.
