I dedicated myself to improving processes, fixing long-standing inefficiencies, and helping the company succeed. Instead of being valued, I was dismissed, ignored, and ultimately punished for speaking up about issues that needed to be addressed. Management is hostile to feedback, even when it directly benefits the company. Double standards are everywhere, some employees are free to say whatever they want, while others are silenced. Hard work is not rewarded, and those who try to improve things are seen as a threat rather than an asset. If you want to work somewhere that values innovation, respect, and accountability, look elsewhere. Leadership prioritizes control over competence, and their refusal to listen will eventually catch up with them.
