Pros

Nexxen has decent solutions and technology. Very innovative and forward thinking company but the problem is that their platform is all cobbled together from multiple companies they've acquired over the years so the platform and tech are extremely complicated to navigate and there are constant bugs/issues within the platform.

Cons

A primary issue is the lack of transparency and communication between departments. Operations are highly segmented, making it difficult to keep track of which teams or departments are responsible for specific tasks, as these responsibilities frequently shift every few months. Additionally, leadership’s expectations appear to be misaligned with industry standards. Sales teams, for example, have experienced year-over-year quota increases that are unrealistic. I worked with sellers who's quotas increased 300%+ YoY with no justification or explanation why. This has led to very few sellers hitting quota. Despite mid- and upper-level management acknowledging these inflated targets, they attribute the quotas to directives from higher executives or the board, implying there is little they can do to address the situation. Another area of concern is the insufficient training and support provided to the service and support teams, resulting in subpar customer service. This issue is compounded by a lack of transparency in client reporting. Managed Service clients do not have access to a dashboard to track their campaign performance, which raises concerns that Nexxen is 'grading their own homework' when sharing campaign performance with clients. In summary, while the company is heavily focused on innovation and developing unique solutions, it seems to be neglecting critical issues within its core platform. Over the past six months, many of the top performers in sales, management, and customer support have left to pursue opportunities with competitors.

Pros

The people we work with are very nice! Current employees are trying to voice their concerns to make the company better but it's not being heard.

Cons

Any sort of standard process to get work done is derailed due to the merger. The company is reducing employee flexibility and valuing them less to nickel and dime their bottom line.

Lower end tech days off, etc. two days in office

Cons

It’s a terrible culture. HR has done an awful job and everything here has gone down the toilet.
