You get the control to handle the whole performance suit of the product unlike other companies where access is restricted in most of the places. Get to solve real performance bottleneck issues

Cons

Nowaday's the management is not looking to grass root level details. For most of the work, the India counterpart has to be dependent on Israel counterpart which sometimes makes it looks like service industry model unlike product based.
