The People: Highly collaborative, tight-knit teams with zero ego. at least from my POV. Smooth communication between R&D and Product. Actual AI Work: Working directly on advanced AI applications- from core development and architecture down to the product level. Tech Stack: Modern and dynamic stack. The company doesn't hesitate to adopt new tools to solve complex engineering challenges

Cons

Commute: You definitely need a car to get to the office since public transportation options are limited. Luckily, with the 3 days WFH policy, it's really not a dealbreaker.

Great team and supportive management with top facilities

Pros

The team is genuinely great to be around - not just "nice colleagues" but people you actually enjoy spending time with. Facilities are top tier, nothing to complain about. My manager clearly wants me to grow and succeed, and it shows in how he handles day-to-day stuff - doesn't feel like a corporate checkbox. AI isn't just a buzzword here either - you see it reflected in how dev teams actually work, which is rare.

No major complaints so far.
