Business Outlook

Pros

Work from home unless internet and power is out, then they expect you to drive however long it takes to get to their out in the middle of no where office.

Cons

Micromanagement to the second. "Generous" sick time of 10 occurrences, doctors notes are not honored, so don't have any major accidents or you'll get fired! Kind people until you make any mistakes. You are, in the end, a drone for them. Payroll is incompetent. I'm now being harassed by them stating they overpaid me and expect me to pay them back thousands of dollars after firing me. An incompetent error on your part does NOT constitute an emergency on my part.
