Pros
Competitive pay and raises, nice benefits package if hired on as a full-time employee- includes health, vision, dental, 401k, retirement plans, HSA. There may be tuition reimbursement under certain conditions. Work from home.
Cons
Took great loss as a business in 2018 and still feeling the effects later in 2022... I personally had a toxic team environment due to a few coworkers who had ugly attitudes about working as a team and were just plain mean. They would constantly complain that they wouldn't have enough work meanwhile I was pushing myself past my limits to keep up with my workload. Upper management seems to only keep to themselves for the most part. UN-welcoming environment in general. Strict rules and schedules to follow.
