Decent pay and job security, good benefits.
Cons
I had a great boss and team for a few years, but that changed after a departmental restructuring. Management after that ranged from negligent, to toxic. Standards and practices for the team was extremely inconsistent, the team atmosphere that I once had when first working there quickly dissolved. Many team members were uninspired, did not want to improve anything. Promotions were heavily unfair. The laziest management I have worked for. Overall, the company cares more about profits than the customer, there have been numerous community incidents throughout the company footprint (houses & neighborhoods blowing up, those people suffering the consequences)
