Pros

friendly people (not management), and supportive and great team work (not management).

Cons

benefits are terrible...........worse than Walmart. pay is low and manipulated by management. they do not pay competitively, they do not care unless you are directly involved with the core of production. use overtime to calculate total annual earnings like its a gift. no shift differential or any incentive to work graveyard. no work/life balance. the c-sweat is a fraternity, and little is cared other than copying and pasting what Mr. P built.

Pros

Great team atmosphere! There is always room for growth and development. Niagara is very flexible and honors a strong work-life balance. We have amazing team building opportunities to take time away from the desk to get to know our Niagara family. I enjoy coming to work and being around these people who have wonderful lives and stories.

Cons

You are expected to work very hard, but you are also rewarded very well. There are always multiple things going on at once so it can be stressful to balance and not feel pulled in different directions. At times you are handed something or given a project with minimal training and that can sometimes add pressure. With that though comes all the experience and opportunity to grow and become more well rounded in your field.

The managers here show so much favoritism only the people that they want can move up they don’t treat you with any respect you are just a number running around “ everyone is replaceable “ said one manager so don’t bother applying
