      Pros

      Great place to work! Niagara not only has a great family culture, but they have any awesome safety program that shows they truly care about the welfare of their employees. They also do a lot of volunteering in the local community that shows how committed they are to the communities they are located in.

      Cons

      Nothing that comes to mind.

      Pros

      They have a great benefits package that include medical, vision, and dental plans. 401k retirement plans and several programs that will aid you in personal and work life if you need it.

      Cons

      It is a very fast working and fast paced working environment. And if you don't like to work in teams and you are a solo working this may not be for you!
