Only concern with putting out bottles out water. Prodiction Management doesn't care about their employees well being.

Pros

If you want to make a check and work a lot of over time, this is the place to work.

Cons

Lack of communication, large turn over rate, and lacks structure. Wrong people in the wrong places, opposite of what it should be. That's from ground level to production management. Unless you need to make money by working a lot of over time, l don't recommend you look at this place of employment.

Cons

Expectations can vary for the same position across the board.
