      you get visibility and respect but there is nothing different in the digits you see on your pay check

      Cons

      there is none unless you suck up to your supervisor and s/he actually likes and get along well with you and of course thinks highly of you

      Pros

      Excellent company culture (family owned). Does not have the same bureucracy as other large companies. Company is growing like a weed. Company gives back to the plants to those that operate safely and efficiently Plants work extremely well together to help each other out with parts, expertise, manpower.

      Cons

      Seasonal volume business so seasonally the hours are sometimes excessive so work life balance suffers.
