      Pros

      This company really embraces their employees. I can speak for myself and say that working for this company has been very rewarding in working with great people that have become my "Nigara" family. I had made a decision for personal reasons to move out of state last year and my management team made sure I left in good standing to be able to return in case I decided to move back to California ( I really didnt think that I would be back, my decision was final). To my surprise I returned to California and I was able to come back and work for Niagara. The people and culture here are very diverse and I am pleased to be on board again.

      parking! I have to arrive really early :(

      they dont care about you will work you till death most days are easy but long hrs

      Pros

      Niagara is a great company to work for. It has a very family oriented culture. Upper management sees the value of their employees/team.

      Cons

      Niagara is growing at such a rapid rate, that parking can be hard to find. But the growth of Niagara is really a pro instead of a con.
