Fast growing company with a lot of promotional abilities. Aggressive in the marketplace, and willing to try new things. Great group of people to work with.

Cons

Disconnect between senior management and supervisor level.

Pros

Excellent work-life balance at the corporate office. High degree of respect for weekend and family time coupled with flexible scheduling to accommodate doctors visits, personal needs, and vacation time (yes, we actually have opportunities to use our accrued vacation time!).

Cons

As others are quick to point out salaries are arguably below market, but job security is high for those who perform at their peak. 401k contributions are paltry despite reassurances by HR management that they are consistent with other players in the industry.
