      Pros

      Paycheck is never late, water sales. Good people to work with

      Cons

      If you get hired, plan for nights with no day shift in sight. Over 70% of night shift team members are new hires within last few months. Unless you're experienced and established in the company for some time, don't ever expect day shift. Management is their own clique and the rest of the team is expendable. You have to be a "yes man" to stay here. Have seen good people get fired for speaking their mind or "rocking the boat". New ideas and plans get shot down left and right unless they are managements idea first.

      Great company if you are sincere and want to grow with the company!!!!!!!!!

      Cons

      Long hours but compensated with time off. wages could be better; Training provided to an operator to do the job really really needs looked at. Not enough training given.

      Pros

      Niagara is a family owned and operated businesses. They genuinely care about their employees and want to create new opportunities for them. The business environment is dynamic and challenging.

      Cons

      The company has outgrown its corporate office and moved into surrounding office buildings which has affected the cohesive team dynamic that existed before.
