Nidec is the largest international electric motor manufacturing company. We are constantly innovating and creating new products while growing our business. Speaking from the St. Louis office, the culture here is amazing. Everyone was so welcoming when I started working here, and really made me feel like a part of the team. They also have several company events for employees throughout the year to build relationships not only in an office environment, but personally as well. No two days are ever the same which continues to challenge our employees and allow for professional growth. As a Recruiter here, I can also say that Nidec is very good at nurturing talent and allowing for professional growth within the company. Our Co-op program brings in the next generation of employees and gives them a head start on their careers, often offering full time positions after graduation.
