Cons
Japanese culture led by honor code and even more by the ego, boost political tricks and unfair situations. It creates strategy changes that impact not only employees and internal organisation, but as well the Nidec’s customers. Japanese Nidec’s employees, on average, have difficulties to speak english... and even more to understand the point of view of non Japanese.
