One of the worst companies here still hasn't issued appraisal letters for 2024. Their appraisal cycle runs from May to May, but they haven't informed employees whether they will be receiving an appraisal or not. They are treating their employees poorly. Don't join this company. If You Leave the Company Without Returning a Dell Bag Worth 400 Rupees, They Will Deduct 1500 Rupees from Your Compensation. Advice for Freshers: Inspect Your Laptop’s Condition Before Accepting It from the Asset Team, as They May Provide a Broken One and Later Deduct 10,000 Rupees for Repairs from Your Salary Without Prior Notice. They won’t tell you to check the laptop’s condition at the time of allocation; they’ll deduct repair costs directly from your salary. Be Aware: Canteen and Parking Areas Are Considered Luxury Items Here. Be Prepared to Work on Saturdays and Sundays Without Receiving an Appraisal.
