Pros

Really stretched my perspective on what was possible with many big projects expected delivered in 'compressed' timeframes. Other jobs seem a cakewalk in comparison now. Pro/Con? Did some of the best work of my career here, and made some lifetime friends in the trenches.

Cons

As mentioned by a previous reviewer the culture is very often, driven by fear, and it is mostly unspoken. This isn't company-wide and greatly depends on which department, which may explain the strongly varying opinions on Glassdoor. But - if I were in upper management, with a pre-IPO stock deal, I wouldn't let anything get in the way of that either. And I see this as the reason for the culture being what it is.

Cons

NC office culture where ageism, exclusion, sexual harassment and discrimination was the norm.Hired inexperienced young , mommy and daddy rich brats. I was fired 2 weeks after winning an award 6 days after complaining of inappropriate behavior from a male counterpart on business trip.

Best product and support I have ever represented. Customers consistently praise our products, support, and people for over-delivering. Great culture with high moral. Everyone from the top down is truly working for the customer. No obstacles. Refreshing.

Cons

Marketing and public relations have a great - and true - story to tell. While we are making progress, we need to do a much better job in this area. From a product development perspective, we have great vision and a strong roadmap. Would like to see a few opportunities in his area pursued with more urgency.
