This place is falling apart.

There are some very bright people here. They are all probably looking to leave in 2015. :-( This was a pretty fun place to be for a few years.

Cons

Management is terrible and all about who you are buddies with. Terrible decisions. They keep bringing in their NetApp friends who are often not very good. Senior execs keep dumping stock. We are no way close to being profitable and nobody seems to care. Ever since the IPO I've notices most people do not work very hard. I think I am starting to see the senior people here panic. Our big Sales boss left, and I think this is the beginning of he end of Nimble. I am personally leaving for a startup with a few colleges this month.

Product roadmap looks promising at this time

Cons

They claim to have NO Jerks policy, but there are Jerks everywhere. You are expected to work extra long hours even during weekends and holidays. You are expected to attend way too many meetings and still accomplish your overloaded workload. Engineering leaders does not respect the lower people.

There are a lot of junk food options for those of you who like to eat junk food every day.

Cons

shame on nimble for its management staff for not being professional. One of the support managers told me about his previous experiences which resulting in him clearing making fun his manager for being gay and also more importantly, making fun of peoples disabilities. HR asked us to write positive reviews of this company on glass door.
