Pros

free drinks, lunch allowance of 30 euro

Cons

I’m not sure where to even start this review. Probably best with the SDR management. The SDR management in this company leaves a lot to wish for. From the passive aggressive mood swings, to completely biased decisions all the way to promoting predatory behaviour. That’s what you’re in for when you join the SDR team in Berlin! Employees have left because of the behaviour of our management. People are frequently questioned on why they go to the toilet instead of sitting at their desk and making calls. Micromanagement at its finest. The SDR managers are blindly following their bosses instructions so they are certainly not to blame, but the feeling in the office is negative. There is quite a lot of double standards and playing favourites. If the management does not like you you will know it. This management has also promoted sexual predators. A previous employee se*ually harassed another employee and was promoted to a team lead position that same week.

Pros

Money can be ok if you sweat

Cons

A call center. You can never work hard enough for them. Some managers will throw you under the bus for anything.

Cons

- Work /Life Balance not nonexistent. If you want to progress then forget about 9-5. OT is not paid or even can't take time off. - Hybrid/Remote - 2 days you can work from home. In most cases even not that. - Yes, you can progress if you will hustle and do a lot of extra (non-paid) effort. - Then you will be left on your own, with no support, training or whatsoever. In the best-case scenario, Your Senior Director will tell you to learn from YT... - Micromanagement to level it's even impossible to think on your own... - No support from management, - None or close to no communication from management to SDRs or any lower level. - There is only Ninja Way and nothing more. When you bring your ideas, experience or even language proficiency you will be shut down immediately. - You have your own opinion or challenge Management - you are done. - Constant political games, gossip. Not a healthy style of managing anyone. - Benefits - poor. Close to non-existent. - Outdated approach towards Sales -just like from 80 or '90s - Management methods - oh boy... Those are not only outdated, they are literally Toxic. Management will sweep their bad decisions and mistakes or put them on the Team. - A lot of manual work with the database. As those are in many cases not accurate. When you suggest modern tools - no budget/no time/no answer/or any other excuses you can find. - A lot of empty promises from management and in some cases even pure lies. - Hire/Fire Approach. People just vanish from Slack. And that's how you know what is going on. - Management is not taking responsibility for anything. - Call, Call, Call doesn't matter the provided database is... hmmm... already touched by others or so outdated, that you calling contacts that have not worked in those companies for ages, or even dead for years. - Shady and slimy things going on constantly. Work culture depends heavily on the mood of management. So... If you enjoy being micromanaged, being pushed around and having constant pressure and you don't like to have your own opinion or approach aswell as and you are a "Yes Man" then it's a great place for you. If You are an ambitious overachiever, then Avoid at All Costs!
