Pros

Good initial training and structured onboarding. Competitive salary for the industry. International exposure with global teams. Learning opportunities with QA processes and tools. Some colleagues were supportive and talented.

Cons

Management allowed abusive and retaliatory behavior. HR offered no support when issues were raised. Employees who spoke up were ignored or discarded. The environment creates fear instead of trust. Leadership does not protect people from harassment.

Pros

High growth company, that has managed to build a smart, collaborative, & supportive group of peers. The product is pretty great and has a good reputation with customers. Great cosmetic perks - free lunch in office & private health cover

Cons

While on a high growth trajectory, internal processes, onboarding and management is a complete mess, particularly in the APAC region that is largely ignored by the wider company. Compensation is not competitive and recently hired managers/ team leads are woefully inexperienced or - in some cases - dangerously incompetent. Turnover seems extrordinarily high for a company that touts such an amazing culture - but I put this down to a combination of poor pay, absentee management and inconsistent KPI expectations. There have been at least 8 people in less than 4 months that have bailed. Quotas are grossly misaligned for the size of the region and commission plans that promote sandbagging or gutting pricing just to keep your head above water month-to-month. The disappointing thing is that this company looks great on paper - but inefficient management and no clear growth plan is killing its potential.
