Pros

Can’t think of anything other than free lunch

Cons

Just an awful environment. People are treated like numbers and the flat hierarchy is a complete lie. No flat hierarchy at all, big boss’ won’t even look at most.

Pros

Fast growing company with an IPO in sight. CEO seems genuine.

Cons

Your first week will be training exercises and a strict deadline - you will have to spend your weekend finishing them. This is the company culture...be aware. How can a company be so bad and have a good recommend to friend rating? They give you equity so you want that to vest and avoid telling of the nightmare here. The tech strategy is a shambles and top down management ensures this won't change and new ideas are nuked. You will do things the exact opposite way they should be done just to ensure something is delivered on time...this becomes exhausting and takes too much time. There is no happy engineering culture here just managers playing big political battles with each other and engineers are cannon fodder for burnout.
