Opportunities to learn here if you decide to take the time to do it. Skill sets are allowed to be enhanced.

Cons

Stuck in old school thoughts without regard for new. Technology is lacking and there are silos everywhere. Management cooperation and support are lacking.

yah,i have lot of reason to like this company. because it make world best quality product and as a production engineer i get the oppurtunity to produce them.

Cons

as i am fresher so i have learn a lot and this company provide me this oppurtunity . I have lot of responsibility to follow. NGK provide me very friendly and sytematic atmosphere to grow my skills.
