Pros

Laid Back....Can be a fun place to work. Alot of comeraderie. Workers and management seem to get along very well. Conflict resolution is handled effectively.

Cons

Salary is not what it should be. Many times long hours are required with out a signifcant amount of compensation.

Very nice people to work with. Both management and team members are fun to be around.

Cons

Pay is the biggest negative. Also, there isn't much to do in the area. There are vey limitied promotion opportunities.
