      Smart people, no red tape, great energy

      Pros

      It’s refreshing to work somewhere where engineers aren’t treated like an afterthought. Management listens. At Nitra, I’m included in planning and not just handed specs. The environment is moving fast. Problem solvers. We do not spin wheels. Leadership shares updates often, and there’s a sense that we’re building something real, not just chasing targets.

      Pros

      Scaling quickly, product is top-notch and picking up steam fast. Since it's still a smaller team, it's easy to get tight-knit and work across the company - hopefully the familial culture is retained as onboarding new employees kicks into high gear.

      Cons

      Some growing pains as processes and procedures are built, where exact company policies on some items is unclear.
