      Pros

      I’ve worked at similar companies in the past, but it's different here. Management has done this before, so there’s a sense of direction even when things move fast. I spend most of my time prospecting and working with potential clients, and I get to see my efforts make an impact. The pay is solid for the position, and benefits like equity and healthcare make it feel worthwhile. It’s competitive, but in a good way—people push each other and win as a team.
