Noblis is one of the best companies I have ever worked for in my career.

Pros

Many perks and benefits for employees, especially the amount of training opportunities. Leadership at Cap Gallery works hard to take care of managers and staff alike, despite downtown location. CEO is approachable and communicates often. A great place to work! There are many pros at Noblis including: Corporate Incentive Plan Committed Leadership Training Opportunities Centers of Excellence Parking and Metro Reimbursement

Cons

The only major con is that offsite employees can't readily take advantage of all FVP-based benefits and it is difficult to have IT needs addressed in a timely manner. Helpdesk rotates to Cap Gallery once a week which can be inconvenient depending on when issues occur.

At this point I don't have any negative things to say about the company. It's a great place to work.

It depends on the team you are on. If you are on one of the recently acquired teams from another contractor, run. They then to get the short end of the stick, little progress, little awards, and just might as well work at CACI.
