Being some distance from the main office in VA has some disadvantages and some advantages - we are invited but not many attend the various offerings in VA - traffic, miles, etc.

Pros

Good benefits. Great drive and supportive in growing employees knowledge through training and challenging experiences. If you work at the main headquarters building many supportive programs available along with weekly perks that keep spirits high in the workplace.

Cons

Some beneficial weekly perks offered to employees at the main headquarters is not available or able to be taken advantage of if you work offsite at the clients site. More team building that accommodates off site employees would be great to support those employees that miss taken advantage of all the perks employed get that work at headquarters.
