      NTG has a great atmosphere with great people. Always have fun events to keep the culture up. Management looks out for their employees and always helps them grow. You can build a career here, not just a job.

      Supportive team environment with strong communication. Opportunity to build meaningful customer relationships. Clear systems in place for quoting and managing freight. Room for growth if you're willing to put in the work. Solid commissions for high performers.

      Cons

      The workload can feel overwhelming during peak seasons. Systems and processes sometimes change without enough notice. Success heavily depends on self-motivation and personal discipline. Training could be more structured for new hires. Fast-paced culture may not suit everyone.
