      Great opportunity for young driven people

      Pros

      This is a young, aggressive, and growing company. Hard work is noticed. I have worked here about a year and have already received two salary raises and a promotion. If you are driven you will succeed here. Company culture is unique and fun. They have rented buses and provided tickets for the whole office to Braves and Bulldogs games, have golf outings, and other fun events. Dress is casual. They pay for employee healthcare and have 401k match.

      Cons

      If you just want a 9-5 slow paced work environment this place is not for you.

      Pros

      Easy industry to learn quickly. They pay for 100% of your medical insurance and have a good 401K plan.

      Cons

      This is definitely a sales game. High turn over rate. Your numbers have to be right otherwise you're out of there. I would say this is not the most reputable company in the industry and business ethics were questionable at times. Continual credit issues hamper the sales ability of employees negotiating with carriers. In an industry where the point of contact with the customer is a truck driver/carrier, these relations and credit issues continual effected my ability to make more money.
