Nolan Transportation Group reviews

I have worked for Nolan for over 2 years and cant be more fortunate they hired me fresh out of college. Had my first promotion within a year and have seen others get promotions even faster. This company has more than tripled in size since I started and is growing more everyday. Management treats you like a friend more than an employee. They will give you constructive criticism as every boss should but will always sing your praises and reward with compensation for meeting or exceeding goals. If you are not doing well upper management will sacrifice their own time to see what they can do to help you. It shows how much they care about this company and the employees.
