      Pros

      Sometimes your managers will bring in food for everybody.

      Cons

      Low pay, long hours, all sales, the employees who suck up the most will do better, phone center type of job, sometimes you have to dispatch drivers over night and will be woken up on your own cell phone at 3:00am or 4:00am for directions, no real opportunity for growth.

      We strive to provide the best opportunities to those who prove themselves on the sales floor. We have multiple brokers who go into leadership positions. Sales is not for everyone, and we provide our customers 24/7 service in order to build relationships. In addition, we do provide a laid-back atmosphere. There are very few places where you can wear your most comfortable clothes to the office, have an open office concept, and encourage real teamwork. We do this in order to help facilitate employees to do their best. We appreciate the feedback, and hope that any and all unethical behavior is reported immediately.

      -Very rewarding for those who are motivated -Rapidly growing company so lots of advancement opportunity -Competitive pay with base plus commission -Fun team atmosphere

      Cons

      -Not the place to work if you are looking to simply clock in at 8am and clock out at 5pm. It becomes a lifestyle.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is unbeatable. I started working for NTG over a year ago and not once have I woken up in the morning regretting the fact that I had to go into work. The day flies by and the guys and girls I work with are not only my colleagues, they are my friends. Nolan Transportation is an ideal workplace.

      Cons

      When you first start, to build a book of clients you must make an endless amount of sales calls. It gets tedious but the results are definitely noticeable.
