Loved my coworkers and how diverse our office was!

Cons

The micromanaging was extremely detrimental to my experience there. I ended up leaving because of the micromanagement and excessive calls.

Pros

Learned a lot about the industry. I was able to deal with both customers and carriers on a day-to-day business, which helped me grow professionally and understand what I am looking for in future roles that rely on third-party transportation companies.

Cons

Working before I reach the office and well after leaving the office. This business is 24/7 and requires you to be attentive to customers' freight at all hours (especially weekends). Earned a lot thru commissions and being greased by my brokers but wouldn't suggest this role if you are not willing to put in hours outside of the office.
