      Made a lot of money in the good years

      Got corporate. Metrics for well performing vets. Young kids who were failed reps micro managing as leaders. Out of touch leadership.

It's a huge priority for us and we have a whole team focused on rolling out a training program for new leaders starting this week!

      Great opportunity for career growth

      Pros

      -Company size: NTG/TI is large enough to provide a variety of different career opportunities while still feeling small enough to build relationships across the whole organization. -Brand new office: The ATL office opened last year and it could not be in a better location. Easy access to the interstate, plenty of restaurants, and other things to do around the office. The building has a great gym and rooftop terraces as well. -Career enrichment: NTG/TI has supported my career journey with several different positions in sales & corporate. Each position that I've held has been supported by a fantastic manager and a clear path to the next level. This is a company that values great work ethic and creative thinking. -Exciting culture: The company has plenty of opportunities to get involved with organization wide competitions, volunteering opportunities, and employee resource groups.

      Cons

      -With any job, you get out what you put in. Logistics is no different. Working in freight can be very fast paced and demand a lot of attention to detail.

      Pros

      - nice office and amenities/location - few good people working there - PTO and insurance plan is great

      Cons

      - frat like company culture // needs to dial it back especially when main job is to be on the phones selling freight and loud music and leadership jumping and running around - no upward climbs unless you suck up to managers then you might be eligible for a Team Lead or Manager position but higher up leaders show extreme favoritism towards certain people - no raises // commission structure doesn't really have any consistent upward movement; once you reach a certain level, its hard to get to the next
