      Pros

      I have been working for NTG for 8 months now and can say I absolutely love it. This company shares a common goal which is success. Being a part of such a motivating, supportive, energetic, and diverse group of people is invaluable. The culture and environment that NTG offers is exceptional and has made my time here very enjoyable. While the atmosphere is unique and fun, you are surrounded by people who are driven and goal oriented and give it their all every day of the week. NTG is a team-oriented company that genuinely cares about employee's personal growth in and out of the workplace and offers growth potential and advancement within the workplace along with the upmost support. I would recommend this company to anybody and couldn't be more proud to be a part of the Nolan family!

      Pros

      There is no dress code, they have music playing to make a horrible job bearable. The coworkers are for the most part good people who got tricked into a bad job

      Cons

      This job is not what they tell you, this is 1000% a call center cold calling job. You’re told to sell products only to then tell your customers sorry we can’t do that after you make the sell. Instead of building relationships with customers your encouraged to squeeze every penny out of them at every opportunity. The Team Leaders are usually just brokers who didn’t make it and don’t know how to actually help. The operations team in Atlanta are even worse. You ask them for help and then don’t hear from them for hours if not days if you don’t follow up every 1-2 hours. Out of my 80 person training class across 12 offices after not even 2 months about 20 people had already left.

First, NTG prides itself on promoting individuals who show the qualities embodied in great leaders, not just tenure based. Second, our training classes provide knowledge, insights and hands-on training of the logistics industry, and the last figure stated in the review is simply not true.
