Not a job for educated people. Long hours, dishonesty is encouraged constantly. Management will be dishonest to you as well saying you're improving and doing well and they don't mean it. No ethics here, all financial bottom line.

I cant say anything negative about NTG, but the actual position is not great, no matter what company you broker for. Trucking companies and their drivers are the most dishonest and difficult people to work with. Constantly lie about where they are/when they will arrive. I was not okay with my integrity being questioned by my customers based on the truckers' faults which I had zero control of. Also, given that truckers can be on the road any time of day or night, freight brokers have to work outside of the office and even on weekends very often. Work definitely follows you out of the office in this position.
