      Pros

      Good entrance to sales and managing a book of business. Fun environment coming directly out of college. Company strives to do things the right way and looks for opportunities to provide better service to both customers and carriers. Its really all about timing and luck of the draw, if you call the right lead at the right time, and get a few good accounts passed down, you can easily be making over $70k by the start of your second year with the amount of freight thats out there.

      Cons

      Freight/Logistics world is very high paced and stressful. Market is over saturated and carriers will let you down on a daily basis leaving you to look dumb in front of your customers. You will be making 100+ calls every day for the first 6 months and by then you either have gotten a book of business worth staying or you'll be burned out looking for something else. Favoritism can sometimes be a problem with the Sales team leaders but thats to be expected with the amount of turnover in the company and everyone being so young right out of college.
