      MICROMANAGEMENT TO THE EXTREME

      Pros

      The people in the department are awesome and made some good relationships.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, always with passive aggressive insults. Leadership is not trained properly to understand data and metrics. Play favorites with the HQ office. Puts you on performance plans if you don't hit call volume. Don't let you use other sources of communications for business.

      Good Culture Management is helpful People you interact with across the company are always very nice Benefits Training

      Cons

      If you're looking for personable sales, this isn't it Cannibalistic in that you're working against every other person in the company for the same exact business Industry is extremely luck based to be successful Sales goals seem achievable when you start and then realize its hardly worth it. Silently expected to stay after hours and work from home. While management will hand out different accounts, they are definitely biased to who they are given to. Put on a show when you're hired that there will be all these outings and opportunities for team bonding. Definitely not the case.

      Even if you earn your keep there, the nepotism will take over and you will fade into the background. They are growing too fast and will forget about the people who helped them get there
