The people in the department are awesome and made some good relationships.
Cons
Micromanagement, always with passive aggressive insults. Leadership is not trained properly to understand data and metrics. Play favorites with the HQ office. Puts you on performance plans if you don't hit call volume. Don't let you use other sources of communications for business.
