      Pros

      This place is sick. It is a work hard play hard environment so be prepared to work hard but know there is alot of fun involved in the between time. The office is a glorified frat house. ESPN always playing. Mostly bro guys and a few girls who are bros as well. Everyone becomes friends here and management will make you laugh everyday.

      Cons

      Staying after 5 can be annoying but you get used to it, I promise. If you want to leave around 5 sometimes its not a big deal though just make sure you have everything covered. Sales calls can be pretty bad sometimes when people are difficult but if you're tough you learn to laugh it off.

Sometimes, our employees do stay after 5 pm as the transportation industry never sleeps, but we’re very thankful to our employees who go above and beyond for us!       Pros

      The work environment is incredible. Great people to work with/for. The give you all the tools to succeed. The training program makes sure you are well prepared. I can see myself working with Nolan for years to come.

      Cons

      Its 90% will and 10% skill. In this industry you reap what you sow. If you aren't ready to work hard, you will not be successful. If you are looking for a job to loaf around and draw a paycheck. Do not bother applying

      Pros

      you will not find a better work environment than at NTG, you can be yourself, act yourself, dress yourself and feel completely comfortable while working and making money. no other company in this field can offer you the benefits that we receive here but at the same time literally advocating for you to just be yourself, bring some fire and work hard!

      Cons

      Besides waking up thinking "wow im going to work again in my comfy dri fit tshirt and shorts" , no there isnt any cons with NTG. if you are a live, fun, adaptable, and energetic soul-you'll succeed without any worries.
