      Pros

      -Uncapped commissions for brokers. -Monthly bonuses for non-commissioned employees. -great work environment -There are good positions available outside of sales. Sales isn't for everybody. -Rapid advancement opportunities

      Cons

      -i don't really have anything negative to say outside of the culture not being for everybody. There is nowhere to hide, so be honest with yourself if considering a career with the Rhino Family.

      Fun environment, cool coworkers, virtually no dress code and don't really need to filter your language The money is good if you're willing to put up with the stress

      Cons

      Clueless upper management Constant changes and stress Expectations are often unrealistic and not achieving them puts you on the hot seat Executives many times seem like they have no idea what they're doing

      My coworkers are great. I couldn't ask for a better group of people to be around and it makes work not as difficult

      There are a lot of things out of your control in this industry and it takes a lot of getting used to
