Cons
Leadership, especially in the Chicago carrier sales office is a joke. They don't know how to manage people but they're great at MICROMANAGING people. The GM is the reason why that office can't grow or retain employees. She's the worst thing about this office and everyone wants her to quit. If you kiss everyone's butt everyday, you'll get promoted for absolutely no reason. The commission structure has changed 4 times in the year I've worked here.
